We Ain’t Done Yet

I’ve been so busy lately that I have been neglecting my blog, and theres so much going on in the world that its hard to keep up with.

I know when you look at all the news, it can be depressing, especially if your a Christian. Everywhere you turn theres a new attack on our Lord and on his church. Israel is being dumped on by our president and the Lord said those who love Israel will be blessed and those who don’t won’t be blessed.

But this past week I was gone to Wisconsin, and I met people along the way in just passing and there are still many caring Americans out there. Theres still smiles and handshakes, I met a Greek man in Chicago that was just so happy that I got there to help him with his shipment, he thanked me and was one of the nicest men I’ve met in a long time.

I met a guy who is an assistant Pastor that talked ALL DAY LONG!!!  But was funny, caring and kind, who loved his family and the Lord.

Everywhere I went I spoke with people who are concerned about the direction that we’re headed as a country, and it scares them, theres not as many people who agree with Washington as they think.

But Americas not over until God says so, and I think as long as theres some here who are holding on to Jesus, he’s going to hold on to us.

Don’t give up, keep praying, keep seeking the Lord for his help.

We’re still in the church age!

I was talking with a fellow on a dock the other day and he asked me about whats going on in our country, and could this be the end?  I think people are starting to get worried, when the prices of everything are going up out of sight, one has to ask themselves whats going on?

We have been in the last days since Christ rose from the dead and he instituted the church age, and there will come a time when everything will escalate to a boiling point.

We’re starting to see that boiling start to take place, earthquakes, tsunamis, economy destruction, weird heath issues and escalation of wars and attacks on Christ and his followers as never before.

But we are still in the church age,  and Gods judgment will not take place on this earth until his church is out of the way (raptured).

But one good thing that I do see is, with all this calamity, people are starting to think about their eternity and what if there is a God who sent his Son to die on the cross to save mankind?

If he did, then where will I be if he does come back to take his church to heaven?

The bible says if you haven’t received Christ before that day, then your too late, there is no other chance for you, but instead you made your choice of whom you want to serve and its Satan not God, and you’ll be left here to serve him.

It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out whats going on in this country, we have leadership who are Socialist and believe although every other country that has tried socialism hasn’t worked, that their so wise that they can do it right.

It won’t work, because whenever man has rejected God, it doesn’t matter what system you go with, it will never work. Loving and serving God is the only system that will ever work.

Capitalism is the only system that works, but when God is rejected, it also fails as we are seeing in our country. Obama and the democrats are not the problem, they are the results of what happens to mankind who have rejected the Lord, and they will then naturally take as many with them down the road of destruction as possible.

Theres only one answer of course and that is for man to repent and ask for forgiveness, but as we approach the end of the church age the bible says when he returns will faith even be found?  Thats how bad and how far we will fall.

I believe theres still time for some to receive Christ, but times running out. Do I see this country turning around? NO, thats just what I believe, but you can still get saved, but I wouldn’t wait any longer, if Jesus returns today, your new God will be a nightmare of unbelievable proportions.

The church is still here, but for how much longer?

Westboro Baptist, they need Salvation

Today we saw the Supreme court give their decision on the Westboro Baptist  (church?) and that they have the right to spew their hatred at our honored dead soldiers funerals.

They do have the right to free speech as we all do and it certainly needs protecting no matter how horrible and objectionable as it may be.

But just because we have protected speech, doesn’t mean we should always say what we believe.

For this group of people to call themselves a representative of our God, is an insult to our God.

No Christian who truly has been redeemed by our loving God could ever stand out in front of someones funeral and claim that God hated him and his country. What if that Soldier was a Christian? as many of them are, God doesn’t hate his own children.

Apparently Westboro (church?)  has never heard the gospel and given their hearts to the Lord because only children of Satan could spew out this much filth from their mouths.

Jesus loved this world so much that he was willing to die on a cross for everyone including westboro and gays, and baptist and catholics, murderers and anyone ever born on this earth.

Anyone can come to Christ and after they do, their language and actions will change to be more like Christ,  and by the actions and language of westboro, clearly,  they have never met the risen Savior who can also save them.

Westboro needs our prayers, that they will repent of their evil sin and start to show the love of God.

United We Stand

I wish I could work one week and then take 2 weeks vacation then work one week and then take 2 weeks vacation, but that kind of job doesn’t exist.

Oh wait, there is one job that you can do that, its the presidency.

If Jesus would have worked like that he would still be trying to get 12 apostles together.

But when you think about it, this country is better off if he would just stay on vacation, and hopefully he will be on a permanent vacation in less than 3 years!

But even with our fearless leader and his spendthrift wife are gone, theres still enough loonies in the henhouse trying to destroy this country.

I praise God for Glen Becks Restoring Honor to America tour as he called this country back to God and prayer.

Every Pastor in America should be doing the same thing from our pulpits, the only thing that will save this nation is falling at the feet of Jesus as a nation.  Until that happens, we will continue on the path of destruction.

Becks rally showed that there are allot of Americans white, black and other races that have the same beliefs that our constitution our laws and our borders ought to be protected.

And its not about politics, its about being an American who loves his country, and that includes all races, we Americans have to stand together and stand against the ungodly direction that this administration wants to take America.

We as Americans can no longer afford to be the silent majority,  we have to speak out,  we can no longer allow liberals tell us that our beliefs don’t matter, they do because they’re the same beliefs that our God has instructed to us to follow in his Word.

I was thankful to see  Mrs. King stand with a white guy and honor her Uncle Martin Luther King. Wasn’t that what Civil rights was all about?

She gave a great speech that showed Americans are from all races and need to stand together for truth.

Its only the truth that will set this nation free,  its only truth that can change hearts to honor God.

Lets give God the glory that he deserves and ask him to bring revival across this land.
