I’m Dr. Lennie B.

My son Keith (on the left)  developed this web site for me, he’s only 18 but very talented at web design as you can see, he will be attending ITT Tech starting June in Web Development,  I’m just learning about this web site stuff, but it ought to be interesting.

I grew up in church and became a born again Christian at the age of 8, its been a roller coaster relationship with the Lord, mostly because I’m very hard headed and it takes the Lord allot of prodding to get my attention.

I got married at the age of 17 to my wife Sally (she’s the blond on my right) and we’ve been married for  34 years of wedded bliss!!!

After doing various jobs, military, Nuclear Inspection, trucking, careers have always been a challenge for me, some good decisions and some not so good. But in 1990, the Lord called me into ministry and over 17 years we served 4 churches

And this is what this website is for, to tell people about Christ and perhaps answer some questions.

It may be tough for me to be on this often, as I have been driving truck again for the past few years. We decided to take some time away from the pastorate. We were tired, we have moved about 34 times in 34 years of marriage, and we’re ready to stay put for awhile and maybe for ever and serve the Lord in other ways, like this web site!

I have a Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate in Theology Andersonville Baptist Seminary, and a diploma of Biblical Studies from Liberty University

I have a great wife Sally, three wonderful kids our daughter is in front of me, she is graduating from Calvin College in May of 2010 and will be getting married to Joey in May 2011.  Our oldest son who is a deputy sheriff and his wife Carol a teacher, whom we love (even if she picks on me too much) and they just gave us our first Grandbaby a boy.

(she once put a picture of my face and superimposed it on Obamas) I’m not a fan of Obamas, or for about anyone in government for that matter!! They keep saying for the working man & yet they (gov) keeps getting richer while the poor gets poorer, so much for their care)

Thats it about me, I would say that I’m near perfect, intelligent and drop dead good looking, but as I said, I’m a pastor and I ain’t suppose to lie!!

We have a cat (for sale at the highest bid) (I’ll meet you at the back door and sneak it out to you!!)

No Dog, (the cat ate him!)  Remember what I said about lying???

I’ll be talking more about topics that I find interesting at a later date
